1.Which are the delivery times?

Delivery of the machine is scheduled within one week after purchasing date. Five machines are always available in our warehouse. In case of more orders it can be evaluated and supplied accordingly.

2. What are the delivery methods?

For long distance deliveries, we use appropriate containers to travel by the sea. One container can obtain up to 3 machines for reducing the shipping cost.

3. What are the packaging methods?

The machine will be divided into two parts: body of the machine plus column. It can be easily assembled upon arrival and be used within short time.

4. How long is the warranty?

One-year warrantee from the time of purchase.

5. Which parts does the warranty cover?

The One-year warranty covers the following parts: engine, hammer, distributor, pump and tracks. However, it does not cover the carpentry, the structural parts and the pipes.

6. Is the machine equipped with accessories?

Yes. The machine is equipped with a customized swinging head modelled as per clients need. Other accessories, such clamp extractor, rotary heads, GPS systems and pull-out test systems are available upon request and as additional costs.

7. What are the payment methods?

30% Advance Payment after signing the sales contract and 70% upon delivery of the goods. Other forms of payment are not applicable unless it can be taken into consideration base on quantity of the purchase order.

8. Does the machine have any kind of certification?

Yes. The machine has the EU standard certificate with all the required documents. The CE mark attests that all the essential safety requirements provided for, by the applicable EU directives, have been fulfilled.
